Donald Slager

Mr. Slager joined WillScot’s Board on October 7, 2026. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG), a leader in the environmental services industry, from 2019 until his retirement in 2021 and was President and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2019. Mr. Slager served as a Director of the company from 2010 to 2021. He previously served as Republic’s President and Chief Operating Officer beginning in December 2008. Prior to joining Republic, Mr. Slager was President and Chief Operating Officer of Allied Waste Industries, Inc. from 2005 until its merger with Republic in 2008 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2004. He began his career in the environmental services industry in 1980. Mr. Slager has served as a Director of Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. (NYSE: MLM), a leading supplier of aggregates and other building materials, since 2016, and has been a Director of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE: EMN), a global specialty materials company, since 2024.
