Erika Davis

Ms. Davis has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Performance Food Group Company (NYSE: PFGC) since 2019. Previously, Ms. Davis spent 20 years in several leadership roles at Owens & Minor, most recently as Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff to the CEO. Worthing Jackman

Mr. Jackman became WillScot’s Executive Chairman of the Board on September 3, 2025 after his role as Non-Executive Chairman. He served as CEO and a Director of Waste Connections (NYSE/TSX: WCN), one of the largest integrated solid waste services companies and, more broadly, one of the leading industrial companies in North America, from July 2019 until April 2023, and as President from July 2018 to April 2023. He previously served as its CFO from September 2004 until July 2018 and as VP – Finance and Investor Relations from April 2003 until August 2004. From 1991 until April 2003, Mr. Jackman held various investment banking positions with Alex. Brown & Sons, now Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., including most recently as a Managing Director within the Global Industrial and Environmental Services Group. Mr. Jackman has served as a Director of Quanta Services (NYSE: PWR), a leading provider of comprehensive infrastructure solutions for the electric and gas utility, renewable energy, communications, pipeline and energy industries, since May 2005. He served as Chairman and CEO (August 2015-November 2017) prior to the Business Combination. Mr. Sagansky previously served as President of Silver Eagle Acquisition Corp.
