  • Tim Boswell

    Tim Boswell
    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Boswell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of WillScot. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer, and as Chief Financial Officer for WillScot and predecessor companies. During his tenure with the company, Mr. Boswell has overseen all aspects of its operations and led the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand and diversify its portfolio of solutions, value-added products and services, including more than 30 mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Algeco Scotsman in June 2012, Mr. Boswell was a Vice President at Sterling Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm with $4 billion of assets under management, responsible for principal investing and portfolio company management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Banc of America Capital Investors, Edgeview Partners, and Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr. Boswell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

    • Matt Jacobsen

      Matthew T. Jacobsen
      Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

      Mr. Jacobsen serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WillScot. Until December 2024, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance since July 2020 when WillScot Corporation merged with Mobile Mini. In this capacity, he led Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, and Business Intelligence functions, while a member of the senior leadership team. Mr. Jacobsen joined Williams Scotsman in November 2010 and held roles of increasing responsibility within the Finance and Accounting functions, across field and corporate operations. Prior to joining Williams Scotsman, he worked in public accounting within Deloitte’s audit practice. Mr. Jacobsen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration and a Masters degree in Professional Accounting, both from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

      • Felicia Gorcyca

        Felicia Gorcya
        Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

        Ms. Gorcyca serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for WillScot. She has diversified experience in strategic human resources roles, most recently as Chief People Officer for LifeStance Health Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFST) and President of the LifeStance Health Foundation. Previously, Ms. Gorcyca was an Operations Director and member of the Global Human Capital team at TPG Capital, where she partnered with portfolio companies to build transformative leadership teams and boards, and expanded the TPG Chief Human Resources Officer Network with a focus on Human Resource (HR) strategy and practices. Prior to joining TPG, Ms. Gorcyca held senior HR leadership roles, including Chief People Officer for Stack Sports, and Global Head of People Operations for Solera Holdings, Inc., where she gained extensive experience in non-U.S. labor markets. Ms. Gorcyca also served as a Consultant in the Los Angeles office of Spencer Stuart where she spent 13 years conducting executive search assignments and advising clients on leadership development and succession planning. Ms. Gorcyca holds a Master of Public Health degree with Delta Omega honors from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University.

        • Andrew Auns

          Andrew Auns
          Senior Vice President Enterprise Sales

          Mr. Auns serves as SVP – Enterprise Sales. In this role, he leads the Enterprise Accounts business and oversees the vertical alignment strategies. Previously, he served as Division General Manager of WillScot’s Gulf South Division for over five years. He joined Williams Scotsman in 2014 beginning as a General Manager in Mexico, then led the company’s operations in the Central region. Mr. Auns has held leadership positions at Graham Packaging, Novelis, and Pactiv in different sales and marketing roles. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

          • Carisa Bianchi

            Carisa Bianchi
            Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

            Ms. Bianchi serves as SVP – Chief Accounting Officer of WillScot, where she oversees the Company’s accounting and reporting functions. She joined the Company in 2026 after serving as Vice President, Global Corporate Controller at Insight Enterprises, a global technology company focused on business-to-business information technology solutions, beginning in 2018. Prior to that, she held various accounting leadership roles at Amkor Technology and KPMG, gaining extensive corporate, functional, and technical experience domestically and abroad. Ms. Bianchi, who is a certified public accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Arizona University.

            • Nicole Christian

              Nicole Christian
              Senior Vice President West Division

              Ms. Christian serves as SVP – Division General Manager of WillScot’s West Division. From 2016 to the merger with WillScot, she was Regional Manager of Mobile Mini. She has experience in strategic operations and people management during her time as Group Operations Manager at Target, and she was responsible for financial performance as an Area Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, overseeing multiple sites across Southern California. Ms. Christian holds a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA.

                Senior Vice President Logistics and Operations Excellence

                Mr. Das serves as WillScot’s SVP – Logistics and Operations Excellence, where he leads logistics strategy and operational improvements. Since joining Williams Scotsman in 2015, he has supported the company’s growth, serving in various roles of increasing responsibility. Previously, he held leadership positions in supply chain at Novelis, focusing on optimizing global operations and new product growth enablement. Mr. Das holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana and an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

                • Brian Decker

                  Brian Decker
                  Senior Vice President South Division

                  Mr. Decker serves as SVP – Division General Manager of WillScot’s South Division. He joined Mobile Mini before the merger with WillScot, starting in a business development role in 2008 and transitioning into leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including serving as the Division General Manager Northeast Division prior to his current position. Before joining Mobile Mini, he was VP of Asset Management, Rental, and Technology Solutions at The Weisiger Group, a heavy machine equipment dealer. Mr. Decker holds a B.S. in Business Economics from Wright State University’s Raj Soin College of Business and an M.B.A. Executive Leadership degree from Ashland University’s College of Business and Economics.

                    Ben Herther
                    Senior Vice President Central Division

                    Mr. Herther serves as SVP – Division General Manager of WillScot’s Central Division. He joined WillScot in 2025, previously serving as Regional President of ThyssenKrupp Elevator’s Midwest Region. Prior to joining ThyssenKrupp in 2014, Mr. Herther held operational roles at Otis Elevator for nine years where he began his career in industrial business services. Immediately after college, he joined the United States Marine Corps as an Artillery Officer and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and held the position as Battalion Commander in the Marine Forces Reserves. Mr. Herther holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Boise State University and an M.B.A. from Seattle University.

                    • Brian Kavanagh

                      Brian Kavanagh
                      Senior Vice President Northeast Division

                      Mr. Kavanagh serves as SVP – Division General Manager of WillScot’s Northeast Division. He joined Mobile Mini in 2003 as a Sales Representative and advanced in the company by earning multiple leadership roles focused on sales and general management at the market, region, and divisional levels. He has served on the board of the National Portable Storage Association since 2019. Mr. Kavanagh holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Towson University.

                      • Karan Oberoi

                        Karan Oberoi
                        Senior Vice President Strategy

                        Mr. Oberoi serves as SVP – Strategy, overseeing marketing, strategy, and corporate development as well as the incubation of new high-growth businesses. Since joining Williams Scotsman in 2010, he has held various roles with increasing responsibility, shaping critical areas such as pricing, commercial finance, business development, corporate development, and general management. Mr. Oberoi holds an M.B.A. in General Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, an M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Pune University in India.

                        • Mithat Sancar

                          Mithat Sancar
                          Senior Vice President Shared Services

                          Mr. Sancar serves as WillScot’s SVP – Shared Services, where he leads strategic and operational initiatives to drive efficiency and performance across the company’s centralized operations. Prior to joining WillScot in 2024, he held global leadership roles at CoStar Group, Iron Mountain, FIS, SunGard, and Unisys in finance, shared services, and technology with a track record of optimizing business operations and transforming customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Mr. Sancar holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bilkent University and an M.A. of Liberal Arts, Management from Harvard University.

                          • Ben Taylor

                            Ben Taylor
                            Senior Vice President Canada and Alaska Division

                            Mr. Taylor serves as SVP - Division General Manager for WillScot’s Canada and Alaska regions. With over 20 years of experience in the equipment leasing and modular space industry, his career began in 2005 with GE Capital Modular Space. He then spent over a decade at ModSpace following its acquisition of GE, holding senior roles such as Director of Western Canada. Joining WillScot in 2018 after its acquisition of ModSpace, he’s served in key leadership roles, including Director of Commercial Excellence for Canada/Alaska, and most recently, Regional General Manager of WillScot’s Florida operations before returning to Canada in 2024 to assume his current role. Prior to his career in modular space, Mr. Taylor worked in the security services industry, overseeing multi-location aviation security contracts for the Canadian Federal Government and facility contracts in the private sector. He has a background in Business Administration and Management from RRC Polytech and is fluent in both English and French.
